Snowing in Manali doesn't start before mid December. Usually, January and first half of February is the time when Manali is covered in snow.

If you want to visit Rohtang, please make sure that you take prior permissions because NGT has banned entry of non state run vehicles without permission. Moreover, permissions for diesel card should (Read More)be taken 2-3 days prior to the visit.
