Staff is the issue

The property is really beautiful and with many amenities inside it.

The staff is not good specially a guy named utkarsh he was very rude at times. The food is expensive inside. And also you have to pay extra for rafting.

Beautiful property on the bank of the lake with a swimming pool and huge common area.

For travellers without their own vehicle, the location is bit tough as it is at the extreme end of the lake. If you are at least on a two wheeler, its fine.

The stay is pleasant cuz of the view the property provides but can improve on its services a lot!

There was no breakfast included in the package.. if there would have been meals covered/atleast one meal covered in the package it would have been a good deal

The jacuzzi in our cottage wasn't working. We had to call the housekeeping team to repair it. There was dirt accumulated in the jacuzzi which didn't completely go away even after cleaning & washing of the jacuzzi by the staff. Towels given were washed but stained from previous times, so the appearance of the towel didn't give us a good feeling. Only one napkin was provided in the room, on asking for more they were reluctant and bought us a box of tissues instead!

The location is without a doubt amazing and the best part of the whole trip

Food is terrible, they seriously need to work on the quality of food offered after charging exorbitantly for it. Paisa charge Karo chalega, since everything is far away we understand you want to make money through your restaurant par Quality to offer Karo atleast. Location sahi hai. Service sahi hai . Khane pe kaaam krna hai bas

Location, hospitality was very good. Staff were very good.

Late night DJ. It is nuisance. The zostel is located at very good dense woods near a peaceful lake. And the large noisy DJ till 1 am is not comfortable for the ones who seek isolation from cities and also for those wild animals who actually owns the land.
