Lovely place to stay - would happily go again!

Lovely place, friendly & helpful staff, green & quiet. Food at the cafe was terrific! A wonderful place to stay.

I was suprized there's no elevator. We stayed in the penthouse, and the stairs might be difficult for some guests. I was also surprized at how cold the pool is, but we did go in winter (December), and it wasn't an issue to sit in the sun then cool my legs to cool down.

Lovely setting right by the river. Really good food from the caf.

There's a road right by the hotel that gets really loud at night. I was awake from 12 midnight to 4 a.m. because it felt like those cars were going to crash right into the room.

A peaceful escape from the busy roads

Great penthouse room. Friendly staff. Resturant is great! I feel it needs better advertising as the food was awesome! Maybe the fact its called a cafe people dont assume the great variety of menu. We enjoyed our stay here as a good relax place.

Its a bit remote which we did know it would be the case. You can get grab taxis which make it easy. Some of the building needs a bit of maintenance as there is some outdoor weather damage. The water pressure is a bit sporadic, one minute itll be really strong shower pressure then it will stop. I imagine this could be due to the fact its tank water? It also would be good to have the TV logged into the wifi so you can utilise Netflix etc,

Really nice hotel, loved watching the river and swimming in the clean pool. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good location, comfortable room ,excellent service and wonderful staff.

Clean, comfortable, staff are remarkably responsive and gave good service with smile. The restaurant provides very good food and is value for money . Enjoyed our vacation
