Very good

The staff is SUPER TOP except the guy on 31Dec - noja vieja - bar was closed...... in a hotel and that date, already at 5pm he did not want to serve 2 white wines and he was very rude, even the terrasse.was closed, it would have been a nice service to the guests to see the firework from there All other staff WAS SUPER, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY

Ok hotel bar area poor , rooftop pool was closed would probably be better to visit in warmer weathe

Breakfast was ok hadnt paid in advance but checked in with breakfast reception A lady then followed me around both days to sign receipts . They had my card details Choice was limited orange juice was lovely though.

Great location, wonderful and clean hotel.

The room and washroom were clean and very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay

Missed having some coffee in the room. There were only tea packets.

Great value

Good location, nice staff, comfortable room.

The coffee from the machines was less than ideal. We also had a peculiar odor in our bathroom that I suspect might have come from an improperly sealed toilet.

Disappointing

Disappointing and thankfully shortliged at 36 hours although the receptionist still insisted heating levels was the king

We have been staying here 10 times over -in fact well before tivesse refurbished & upgraded several years ago.

Being given one of the worst rooms possible -333. The room was uncontrollably too hot facing a central shaft / court yard with no exchange of air or light levels. Very disappointing and was akin to a downgrade after so many years of loyalty to this particular hotel

Very high standard

It did not say there was a height ristriction on there car park on the web site. I could not park with my vehicle and had to go to a public car park . In needs to be on there info that the car park is only 1.85m.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. This time we shared an apartment which is in a separate building. The apartment was very comfortable.
