Superb

The location is charming.

Transfer from Phi Phi Island's harbour to the hotel should be provided and organized (especially upon arrival). At our arrival in Phi Phi Islands we had no instructions or support for reaching the hotel.

Very good

Lovely roooms, great breakfast, great beach. Staff are great and service was excellent.

A little isolated although there are other places on the same beach and food and drinks a little pricey. Loud fire show from neighbouring property 3 times per week. Diving was expensive and they didn't let us know they would charge 2000 bhat each for the 15min pool refresher over the 4800 for the 2 dives per person.

Great experience at Zeavola resort

Zeavola resort is located in an isolated beach , far from all the busy bars and walking street of Phi Phi, what makes is a private resort. The beach is amazingly beautiful, there are some tasty restaurants around it, 2-5 mins walking away. The pool is clean and taking good care. Breakfast is very nice. The stuff is super friendly and helpful. The chef is so nice and carful. The only thing is that hotel doesnt supply a complimentary bout ride to this distance location and arriving to the from Ton sai pier takes around 15 mins by long tale bout and cost about 1100-1500 Bath which is extremely pricy (just to get an idea we paid 400 Bath for 1 hour drive in Phuket!). I think the the hotel can effort itself to send a bout to take his customers and not let them pay such a imaginary price that sould cost around 400 B.

Peaceful but not worth the money

The property is in a good location, peaceful and in the middle of the nature.

This hotel does not deserve the 5 stars that they have. Service is very superficial and not welcoming. Only a few waiters were nice with us. It seems that the staff is doing a favor all the time and taking a smile, specially the staff in the reception. Amenities are not well maintained and do not follow a 5 star standard. The bathroom in our room stank. Beach service is very mediocre and sometimes does not have in stock a lot of things in the menu for example coconut. Breakfast is average and do not follow a 5 star standard for example, they do not even have natural juices, only artificial ones. Croissants not even remotely fresh. For 300 per night we were expecting much more. We were in a 5 star before this one in Krabi and we felt much more welcomed.

Beautiful barefoot luxury

We loved the barefoot environmental approach. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The location was wonderful - so quiet and beautiful. The diving was excellent and Marco was a brilliant dive instructor

Good Nature Resort

The concept of Nature Resort is very good, the rooms are large and the experience is very good. The hotels beach service is private and very comfortable.

The Hotel is in the north of the island and it is not easy to access for those who arrive on the island, especially if the tide is low. The down town of the phi phi islands is far away and there is no hotel service for this. In my opinion, the hotel should have a regular transfer service from the Hotel to the Down town.
