Great hotel for couples who like easy access to attractions

Location is great, only 15 mins walk to city center. Bedding is super comfortable and room amenities are great. Room design is sleek and modern

Bathroom and bedroom are separated only by a glass panel, would be awkward for non-couples to share a room. Wall facing the hallway is also glass making it impossible to have the blind up without people seeing into the room

Corner suite was really nice and spacious - liked the separate sink in the room

Only thing missing was tissues in the bathroom - wouldve been nice if there was a tea towel by the sink in the bedroom.

Zagame Hotel ticks the boxes in good location, comfort, pleasant rooms and awesome staff.

Good location, had street parking. Walking distance from food and CBD. Hotel was very pretty, lobby was nice, and room was nice too.

Fabulous, fabulous and fabulous!

Great room in a very funky renovated hotel. Staff were unobtrusive, but very pleasant and helpful when you needed it, it was very very clean, and a great escape when you want to hide from the hustle and bustle for a day. Great cafe downstairs!

Zagame's my house outside

Great location in CBD. Foodie street with lots of choices. Staff was excellent. They even provided free laundrette and dryer with washing detergent. Cleaning staff did a great job every morning. The bath shower soaps and shampoos were very good and in ample amounts.

The breakfast was a good and healthy a la carte but ran out of choices in 5 days. Wish they had a buffet so we can have more choices. The room separation was see through, and I am pretty sure even lovers would like some poop privacy.

Location

Just a question-or maybe just an observation. Our recent booking was listed as 474.60 incl taxes and charges but our Visa was charged 480.80 by the hotel. It's a small amount but strange it doesn't match the info from your site. Ultimately it calls into question the accuracy of booking on booking.com.

The best thing about the hotel stay was the staff! They were super attentive and went the extra mile -- when we had to return to the hotel for an extra night due to a flight cancellation the reception staff were extremely helpful - arranging for our room to be turned round extra quick and upgrading us to the same standard room as before at no extra cost. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Facilities were very good too - we made use of the restaurant for breakfast, the discounted wine bar next door and the free laundry service. Overall would definitely recommend
