Great hotel, upscale experience in central location.

Loved this hotel! Beautiful bathroom, great bath products and robes. Loved the kitchen and great bed linens. Great central location. EXCELLENT bar...we went 4 times during our 2 day stay. Great valet parking.

Wish our room had a soaking tub, as advertised. Wish the hotel offered room service.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was close to the Christmas Markets

Comfortable bed, Cleanliness, Comfortable room, General ambience of the hotel, cute touches to capture your eye and interest throughout the lobby, loved the Thomas Crown theme, interactive short story and player piano

Upon arrival, it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel and where to park to unload luggage and later to load up on arrival.

Monster Jean Hotel Particulier. Great for Christmas Markets

Beautiful hotel. Pleasant staff, very comfortable room. We loved the decor, the wall art, the digital image art, the player piano, the fireplace un the lobby, the jewel for the bar, etc. And the really nice touch was the greeter dressed like in the Thomas Crown affair movie. The hotel was fun.

It was difficult to find hotel entrance. And it was difficult to park to both unload and reload the luggage from our car.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Great location and I like their unique design style.

Although I like the design, but its a bit dark in the hallway and probably would be best to add a task light on the desk in the room. :)

Hotel Jean was an outstanding hotel located in a great part of Quebec with wonderful amenities and staff. Thank you.

The location room amenities including bed heated bath floors rain shower and small kitchen. The cleanliness of the room was great the room attendants were wonderful. Finally the stylist who decorated the hotel did a wonderful job.

Lack of signage for arrival and no baggage drop area. Also maybe a little more lighting at the door lock area.
