average .. their check out process took 1hr to settle my bill

Their breakfast is okay , but lunch and dinners are horrible, so pls don't dare to try ,, location seems okay but need some more attention on surrounding

I have booked it thru the Booking.com and final bill amount was not included the tax/GST amount, so resort was collected an of tax of around 2k .. this is ridiculous .. booking.com should have shown me the total amount including the tax then would be knowing the actual amount for this property .. booking.com is cheating the people by showing less and collecting an extra amount at hotel ... this is completely mess up

A good place to teach your kids the value of food and hunger

The only positive about this place was running hot water.

Very bad service: We ordered food at 8:30pm and had not yet received it till 10pm. Kids slept before the food arrived out of exhaustion from hunger cries. There were other families as well who were in the same state as ours. Finally we received half cooked food. After this experience on our very first day we could never trust them and had all our meals outside of the resort.

The location is good, people at the reception are good. Food is ok types and rooms were average.

No hot water after 10pm, no proper room service and everything is chargeable like room heater, bonfire. Power might go in the night but no-one will be there to restore it or switch on the generator
