Friendly staff but room needs brighter lights

Really nice staff.

The room was dark. It could definitely use brighter lights. Also, the air conditioning was too loud and there was no remote. We had to get up from bed in the middle of the night to adjust it.

Big room, nice pool, good breakfast

Fact that hotel is on two blocks, and it was not clear that second block has no view on pool. Day light was so dim and needed lamps even during the day.

beautiful stay in a popular location

beautiful staff, clean and well kept facilities. lots to do around the hotel but also felt secluded and quiet considering it is in a busy location. favourite place we have stayed in at phuket so far.

room service was forgotten about, call through the phone dont book on the app.

Awesome location near a lot of good affordable restaurants

The maintenance of the building was poor, rust on light fixtures, and the power went out in the room a few times during out stay mid-shower.

Superb

Great location, easy walk to the beach and the Patong action (but far away enough to be quiet). Clean and spacious rooms with large balconies. Loved the pool and special deal at the spa. Breakfast was great. Staff were very pleasant.

A relaxing stay in a crazy town, would highly recommend Nap Patong

Big balcony with sofa, pool towels and robes. Staff really helpful and friendly. Very clean. Good breakfast, lots of variety. Lovely pool area. Easy to walk to beach and busy areas but far enough out that its in a quiet location.
