The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely the best staff I've encountered in any accommodation. They helped us organise tours, find places to go, even find very specific things we wanted to buy in store. The location is amazing. Far away form busy tourist streets and beeches right at the beach. Perfect to relax by the pool after the busy day of sightseeing and exhausting island tours. If you want to explore the bay you can use the complimentary kayak. There are bunch of restaurants couple of minutes drive from the accommodation or right there at the beach at the restaurant next door. Would definitely stay there again.

Room with a View!

Beautiful hotel room with pool. Great private location, away from the tourist location. Access to beach and walk on the beach to different hotel resort cafe/restaurants. Comfy bed, not super hard. Hotel taxi is comparable to Grab. 7/11 5-7 min walk. Nice staff, Jira was so sweet.

Lift might be considered in the future

Staff are helpful friendly and kind. Ronald is amazing he gave us wonderful stays by lending his bike whenever we have trouble with the rented bike (no gas etc). Jira helpful with transportation as well. Overall amazing stays.

Hard to go down and up the stairs with broken knee and my son to go up from swimming pool like hiking everytime.

Excellent with great staff!

The whole hotel is very clean, easily accessible to the beach. For Muslims, it is very easy to find food at the hotel area you can go to Green Mango and Khao Kad. The staffs are all very nice, especially Jira who assisted us and treat us very very well.

Best stay in Phuket

The room was great with the private pool and the view is amazing and also so close to the beach which you can access through the suites not to mention the staff members super friendly and helpful 24/7 definitely Coming back again

The hotel is right on the beach and every room has an excellent sea view. Amongst the staff, Jira was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms too had good amenities and everything was clean. There are 7-11s and another Family Mart nearby where you can get basic stuff that you may not carry with you.

There is only one good restaurant nearby and cabs are not easily available. It is in a much quieter part of town so transportation is a bit of a challenge though the hotel does arrange it for you. We had two bedrooms but it had just one huge bathroom which has glass doors so it was a huge challenge coordinating. Our family is not comfortable being seen in the nude by other family members.
