Ac wasnt working. U choose a temperature and it keeps going doesnt shut off Both sinks clogged on the first day Curtains dont work Central remote doesnt work The entire room is tiny for 2 people and the whole room needs maintenance

Disappointing

Overpriced and disappointing given their leave of facilities and service.

The location only

Room smells weird. It smells musty Had to shower in cold water first night. Hot water was not working. And after asking them to fix it. Came back to the room and they sent engineers with me again. And even after fixing it, it takes about 10 whole minutes for for water to heat up There were many hairs on one of the beds when I checked in. Was traveling with friends who are a couple, They gave the big room to me a single traveler and gave them a tiny room which doesnt make sense. Staff are not friendly. Every time we asked for a small change we were faced with resistance.

The room was very clean and spacious. Spectacular views. Beds were super comfortable. Robes and iron were provided in the room without asking for them. Location is perfect, not too busy and noisy but very close to Seef and diplomatic quarter. Valet is complimentary.
