Unexpected End

I don't remember how many times I stayed in this hote, but it is a lot. I liked the location just steps from LEVENT metro station, and beside 2 big malls. Breakfast was good though some food was not fresh.

We have booked 2 rooms and arrived around 10 am after overnight flight when Mr. Firat at reception told us we must wait until check in time at 2 pm which I know this already since I travel almost every month, though I used to get super treatment from the hotel staff and receive the room/s a little earlier than checking time (10am -11am) as my trips are usually overnight and arraiving to Istanbul at morning. We had no other choice but to wait. But what shocked me is seeing Mr. Firat himself checking in for another guest around 12:15 pm moreover I went to Mr. Samit (another receptionist) around 1:15 pm asking if our rooms are ready and are very tired as are waiting sine 10 am? He was surprised and said they are already ready!!! while Mr. Firat is looking at us a few steps away!!!!!!!!! This issue spoiled everything good about this hotel, never come back, thus I start looking for a new one in Istanbul. I'd like to thank Ms. Selen at Breakfast. These 3 points are for the old lovely staff of this hotel ( Ali, Younus and Delara) who unfortunatley no longer in this Hotel.

It is the perfect location for three shopping centres in the heart of Istanbul.

It is the perfect location for three shopping centres in the heart of Istanbul. Access to the mall through the B2 elevators. The breakfast is excellent.

The room's rate is overpriced. Housekeepers access the room even if you hang on the don't disturb sign!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience truly enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a wonderful combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and a prime location.
