Very good

Stayed for a wedding on Old School Road, so this was a good location

Clean comfortable and good location for our needs.

Cafe was closed and staff did not suggest we walk the two blocks to Ramada and find Franks Eatery instead

Poor facilities and hospitality

Close to airport and clean

The fridge was not working. No one was at the desk or available to be reached after 8pm. The housekeeping forgot to take the dirty towels away when they left the new towels. They also didnt clean or replace the spoons or cups that had been used when they cleaned the room.

It was convenient for us, we were sent to our room which had nit been made up. The dealt with the matter very well.

Comfortable stay.

Parking much improved since our last stay. Rooms were quiet. Shower had plenty of space and hot water with good pressure. We found having a unit with a kitchenette much more convenient than a studio unit and definitely worth the extra cost.

Drier in bathroom noisey with a loud squeak. Not sure it has been serviced recently. We stayed four nights and tea/coffee/sugar supplies not replenished. Could'nt work out dishwasher with economy cycle taking three hours! Likewise air con a bit of a mystery but luckily good weather meant we had it off most of the time. We had two single beds and would have to say they lacked a reasonable width as one roll over had you virtually falling off the bed.

Good

Clean, nice staff and well located but was surprised $250 the room didn't include a kettle/fridge.

Very well positioned, quick and easy check in and out done by lovely staff. Free parking spots are provided but limited (after dinner we parked 1 min away - $11 for 24hrs which isn't a lot in the scheme of things).

I was pretty surprised that for $250 the room didn't even include a kettle or small fridge but I guess Queenstown is a pretty expensive place in general. There was a vending machine downstairs and a cafe but it wasn't open while we were there.

Very good

Comfortable, clean and easy

Just a few little things. No ice trays in freezer and no ice machine at reception. The bathroom desperately needs a shelf for toiletries, there is literally no where to place a toilet bag
