Superb

Very nice resort, we had a wonderful stay!

The resort/rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food overall was good and the buffet had a variety of good food each day. Location was perfect for us.

This is a very family friendly resort. That being said we were traveling with a group of adults. There were not any adult only areas or activities. This would have been a huge plus for us.

Great hotel, terrible food

The property had a lot of options for the children. The pool was nice and the beach was clean.

They should fire whoever is in charge of the food. Only the buffet is open all day. During dinner the restaurant had limited options with long wait times because of limited seating. They should get rid of restaurant Azul, because the food was atrocious. If they fix the food situation, this place would be a 10/10. But it wasnt great.

Its a fraud hotel ,charge me two times and no refund now

When i check in. The reception attitude very terrible, white hair lady. And she charged me 2 times Totally 2600 dollars for 2 days And no any apologies
