Room cleaniness,No dish recharge,in one of the room Celing fan was not working,some of the lights were not working,rooms were smelly,telephone was not working properly,tt balls were not available, even in kids room most of the things were broken,no proper upkeep of the facilities/room..rooms service very poor

I like the high tea with pakora and also must say food is light and good.

I was just not happy with wifi issues and bathroom curtain followed by deep cleaning is required.

Excellent property, staff was very kind& helpful, worth staying, would love to visit again soon. Location is the best of property, the ambience & rooms are awesome. food was good, Would recommend any friend to stay at this property at Ranikhet

water geyser was very small if you are two with one or more child in a room than they're not enough to provide hot water
