Exceptional

They were really kind to organise our room earlier than expected as we arrived hours before check-in time. The room was spotless every time. Comfy and cosy room with great internet service. Thanks so much to the staff, we would definitely stay there again.

The hotel had laundry and underground parking. The staff were very nice people.

One of the two elevators was not working for the 4 days were there. There is no pool and no gym. There was no room service for two of the days. There is no door on the shower so you can't help but soak the bathroom floor. Lack luster furniture and beds. No ice machines. I understand that on the gold coast hotels are more expensive but this place was not worth what they were charging.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean and breakfast at the Cafe was amazing (had the big breakfast)

When booking, i chose a room that advertised "sea view" but the view was of a set of apartment units across the road. (Facing away from the sea). "King bed" was 2 smaller beds put together, and where they joined was very uncomfortable to lay on

The front desk staff were very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Bed was comfortable

Value for money I booked the King room at $390 a night - The room was incredibly small, spartan, no cupboards, no iron very basic & certainly not what you would expect for the price range. It is overpriced for what it is, it is more like a $250 room at best. Two other couples we traveled with also booked the King Room, one was a better size but still very basic the other King room was as just as small - we all paid the same price- the comment was " Did you accidently book us into a back packers hostel!" I have recently stayed in Boston CBD & Geneva all noted for being very expensive - yet were able to get bigger rooms, much more luxurious for the same price. Over priced and over marketed.
