Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This is our second home now, because when in Istanbul this is our place to stay. Thank you to all the staff members.

The location was excellent. Transfer from airport to hotel flawless. Clean well organised. Breakfast is very good also.rooms are spacious . Staff were extremely welcoming , friendly, and efficient. Would return here again.

There wasn't anything. Perhaps availability of some more English type food for breakfast. Breakfast tea coffee. Both Turkish I find very strong.

Nice rooms,clean,big and confortabile bed and pillows.

I staed at 11 floor in a corner room, and the windows were very poor quality.I can actually heard every sound from the street,the wind was very very noisi.We staed for 3 nights but we could not have rested. The mosquee was right across the street and the sound was very loud. This is the third time in this hotel,but this is the first time i did not like.I did not liked the breackfast.
