Pleasant stay at good location and lot of facilities to rejuvenate

Food is good and friendly nature of staff adds to the delight of the stay

Bathroom drainage is completely messed up.. Even after multiple complaints the problem still remains the same.. Could have been properly handled either by shifting to some other room or getting the problem fixed

only location is normal as ram nagar is very beautiful place

the staff is unprofessional & all the time they are using high music till 10pm i was waiting for someone to take my bags for 15min finally i took myself AC was not working for 3 hours around 1st floor room was extra hot on 22 april from wall water was coming all night water was on floor i was with my foreigner friend he was not comfortable with all this they made us wait to do all long lengthy paper work for 20-30mins n last but not least I forgot my cloths in hotel by mistake as i was very tired n not comfortable stay also then i call to the property n said them to send me my cloths by courier & in this i paid the courier cost to Mr.Gaurav he send me stupid trouser

A total package for comfortable stay.

Overall it was a nice stay. Everybody enjoyed their stay. Staff were very helpful especially Jyoti and Bhuvan. Also enjoyed the live performance of Bhuvan. Surely going to recommend this to my family and friends.
