Very good option for Wilpattu.

Stayed here a couple nights for the Tuktuk Tournament. Excellent location for Wilpattu National Park. Very cheap!! Good and plentiful breakfast. We were sent with a packed breakfast on the morning of our Wilpattu NP safari which was appreciated. Under cover parking for our TukTuk.

WiFi only in common area, not the rooms.

Very peaceful location, only 15 mins walk from bus stop and couple of shops. Very kind host as well! Perfect for your stay if you are coming for a Safari as its just around the corner from the entrance :)

Very good

The accomodation was in the nature and you really felt it. Furthermore the host was incredibly friendly and flexible. The dinner and the breakfast were really good. Unfortunately it was too much for me so I couldn't eat it all.

Hundreds of ants in the bathroom.

terrible, would never go there again and cannot reccomend it to anyone

the man there helped me book a safari.

when i arrived in the evening no one was there and i had to call them even tho i told then my time of arrival. When the man fron the hotel finally came and showed my my room it was full of ants. I later texted and called the owner (because the other man had left) for the wifi password but he didnt reply and so i had no wifi. The man who was the houskeeper i believe organized a safari for me but tried to rip me off 2000SLR for the Entrance Ticket for the Wilpattu national parc. In the evening he told me the price was 11600SLR but then when i asked at the ticket counter at the entrance to the National Parc the man told me it was only 9600SLR. when i confronted the housekeeper he gave my back the 2000SLR that he had overcharged me. i cannot believe that this hotel tries to ripp off its own guests. This is outrageous.

Great location, good breakfast, shame about everything else.

Great location, lots of birdlife a short walk away. Generous breakfast Owner can help arrange safari (long as you have plenty of money)

Both the most expensive and the most uncomfortable room we stayed in in Sri Lanka. Room is extremely hot even with the fan going, we didn't really sleep at all. Owner seems friendly but wants to charge 2000 rupees for rice and curry, so budget travellers have to walk 3 or 4km to find somewhere to eat. Outside bathroom without working taps. No wifi.
