Crackin break

Nice comfortable clean cottage with everything we needed and in a great location to explore the area. Very comfy bed, and a great shower, and in a nice quiet location, would recommend a stay here. Also had great communication from the owner regarding access.

A lovely well presented property who welcomed us and our dog and would definitely recommend.

A warm welcome from Maria offered anything we needed. Being able to go away with our dog and stay in a lovely, well presented property in our own space being able to come and go as we please. The location was perfect for all activities that we wanted to do. Places to eat and drink were recommended and we tried them and wasnt disappointed. If anyone has poor mobility or needs support in the bathroom there are hand rails and plenty of room a well thought out layout.

I think due to the wind at night there were a few strange noises but nothing that anyone could do about it.

Had a fabulous short stay and will definitely be back.

The property was of a very high standard with everything thought out. The hosts were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was fabulous and the location perfect.

Excellent choice for a short stay in good weather. Met some lovely people on the way.

Comfort, facilities, swimming pool, scenery. Excellent meal in local pub: Holly bush inn in Greenhaugh. Lots to do around Kielder Forest and Lake.

We made the mistake of doing the Kielder Forest Drive. It is really for 4-wheel drive off-roaders. The road is rough and creates a lot of dust. The car needed a good wash afterwards.

Very friendly welcome, we stayed for four nights in the cottage it was very clean and cosy place to stay. Maria made a lovely breakfast for us ever morning 10 out of 10 . We don't want to tell you every thing about our stay at cracking view our it will be always fully booked and we will not get back there!! Ha. We hope to go back soooon .

Such a beautiful quaint cottage

The Cottage was just perfect, fully equipped with everything that we needed, so homily and comfortable...the owners stephen and maria made our stay exceptional, very friendly and informative, nothing was a problem with the added touch of there extended family...chickens of which my Carmela adored,hugo the newfoundland and terry and june the emu duo ...the spa facilities are a nice little extra also,very relaxing. All in all 10 out of 10 and we will most definitely return, it is also in an idylic area,perfect for walking and exploring Thankyou for a fantastic weekend and highly recommended to friends and family

Hosts were excellent and very informative. Facilities were great, and pool was an added bonus. Great location with easy access to everything

There was nothing not to dislike with either facilities or location. The whole stay was great No issues with anything

Great, relaxing and enjoyable stay in a beautiful location.

The cottage was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and it was warm. They have a chicken coop and some emus (Terry & June) which gave the stay something extra, as they were funny to watch. There is also a small pool/jacuzzi and sauna which my partner used daily. The sky is very dark so seeing the stars was amazing. Steve and Maria were great hosts and very helpful and breakfast was cooked to order, with other options available.

There was nothing we didnt like.
