Dawn & Chris Hilton stay

Staff was awesome, friendly, and professional. The room was clean, and the view was awesome. The only complaint was the water temperature, which took a while to get hot in both the sink and bath. In spite of that, I would definitely stay there again, and it had a Starbucks, a breakfast restaurant, and a delicious restaurant in the lobby. How awesome and convenient is that. The added bonus was seeing the crew of the United Emirates flight. I absolutely love seeing them. It was so beautiful that it made my night. Just a lovely stay, I wish,it was longer, but,. We will be returning and will recommend it..

The water is taking a long time, 20-25 minutes, to get hot. Also the parking. The valets were amazing and hardworking. However, the available parking space was not enough.

Great location, staff, comfortable beds & good food. Dirty bathroom.

The dinner and breakfast was good, service exceptional and restaurant comfortable. The gift shop had a large variety of items.

The bathroom floor was dirty with areas of a dried liquid spots in several places. I cleaned it with a towel. It is disgusting that housekeeping does not mop the floors between customers. I usually have wipes but used them during the holiday and ran out. For a high end hotel, this should not happen.

A relaxing get away

Breakfast was very good, many options to choose from.

The safe in our room would not work, and the electrical outlet in the bathroom didnt work. I reported these issues upon check out. Neither really affected the quality of our stay.

Disappointing

The power went out in the building. Yes I understand some things are out of your control but I was in the process of getting my hair and make up done for a very important event. And power was lost, I paid to have some people come to me there and this totally ruin everything.

We enjoyed our stay other than the 2 issues..

When i approached the desk to check in, your staff person did not have my name associated with the reservation. I made the reservation but He insisted there was no reservation in my name. It turned out you had it under my wife's name even though she was the guest. Somewhat awkward.. But my real problem is that you charged me double for parking! I should have been charged for 2 days parking at $54.00 but was charged for 4 days parking at $54.00.. I called Monday the 13th when i saw your copy of my bill. Haven't seen resolution of this as of yet!
