Incompetent staff running a hotel that is not at all maintained. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very poor.

Property was good, clean and nice .

Rates are not commensurate with the facilities provided. They charged me Rs 7000 for a gala dinner in spite of my package was with dinner, but there was nothing gala, they just fooled, this was not expected from the staffs.

Lovely hotel and one that I will remember

The room which had a view of the valley was beautiful. Each day the staff left sweets in our room. The attention to detail was great, for example, we got our laundry back the same day. The staff packed breakfast for us. A cup of tea came with snacks. I loved seeing the monkeys.

It was a bit far from the main sites, but given how lovely the hotel was, this was a minor issue. The front desk staff should not push staff to write reviews and mention staff by name, its a bit of pressure!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location with great views. Would definitely stay again.

Really beautiful location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money. The buffet in the morning was really tasty. I would definitely stay again.

The temperature in the room was too hot. Despite attempts to reduce the heat and a number of calls to reception, we were advised to keep the windows open and found the heat really unpleasant. Other than this the stay was perfect!

The service was excellent from check in to check out. Special mention must be mentioned of Executive Chef Amit Dogra and his team for preparing special meals for my wife keeping in mind her allergies and also Mr Bhupesh at reception.

fantastic hotel in a scenic location - highly recommended

What a wonderful hotel! Everything was brand new, tastefully decorated, and has spectacular views. The staff was warm and accommodating, and I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended - I'd go back and would highly recommend this hotel
