Fabulous stay in Waterfalls Botique Hotel (Waterkloof)

I liked everything, from our room to the pool... Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was great and prepared on time. Waterfalls Botique Hotel will be my 2nd home every time I visit PTA. Superb place! And to all the staff members *A big hug*

Treating my case badly no empathy for guests we made bookings and we inadvertently input an incorrect travel date and they penalised us even when we advised them of the mistake by charging us. I wouldnt recommend them to any travellers, they are not friendly at all

I love this place. A real oasis of peace after a hard day's work. All staff is nice, but Kayleigh is great. She organised my transfer from the airport, found me the right pillow... Breakfast was was very good too. They accepted no cost change of my check out date too. Will go back for sure :)

Perfect stay in Pretoria

we had a excellent time at the Waterfalls Boutique Hotel. The staff were very nice and competent. The food (breakfast and dinner) was really good. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the garden. The bedroom was spacious and confortable.
