My Bucket wish list was ticked staying at Wategos.

We loved the ocean view to Wategos Beach spending time on the terrace watching the breaking waves. The terrace was a favorite place to linger with the tropical plants plus the resident Water Dragons & Whip Birds were a delight to have around.

The step up into the bathroom was higher than anticipated however we were warned prior to arrival & took due care. Also the smart TV reception was at times intermittent dropping out completely whilst viewing some channels.

Stunning place for nature lovers

This is such a beautiful, tranquil place with easy access to Wategos Beach and stunning coastal walks. The view and the garden, which is home to a variety of birds and flowers, are spectacular. The interior is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. Louise was most caring and helpful.

There's no better location than this place, nestled between Watego's Beach and the Pass.

The host was so accomodating when we forgot our keys inside. We felt very welcomed and lucky to be able to stay in the absolute perfect location in Byron Bay!

Amazing place; come and experience this space and you will know why!

The location and the views.. could not have asked for a better place! What a beautiful home too provided some very thoughtful facilities, including 3 sets of binoculars of different sizes! Louise was friendly, warm and welcoming. Made us feel very at-home. Her commitment to recycling is contagious. The light from the lighthouse and the skies lit up by stars at night are a sight to behold! Spectacular indeed.

The parking was a little tight, but this is a very small issue for an amazing experience that followed.
