nothing - moved to a different hotel after the first night

Cleanliness - first room was gross - mold on the shower. Moved to a second room & bathroom still wasn't clean. Mattress was uncomfortable. Location is pretty good & it's cheap but you but buyer beware

Lovely Stay in Fabulous North Beach

Great location, our room was roomy with park and church views. Although there was no 'person' to chat with the communication when needed was pretty good, and we were able to store our luggage, both with our early arrival and when we checked out.

Carpet needs replacing. Never having a live person to talk to was a learning curve along with the keyless entry. A bit intimidating, especially when you aren't a smart phone 'pro'.

Good location, decent room. Shame about lack of staff and noise from road.

Great location near Washington square park in a cool area. Good size room and bathroom.

No one available on reception. The open key app to open the room. Room Number 1 is on the ground floor next to the road so is quite noisy with people walking past and traffic. Also did not feel secure. The flow of water in the bathroom sink was poor.

Caveat emptor.

This property was conveniently located for our needs.

The deal breaker was no bathroom in our room. We had to walk 20, unlock the bathroom door with a separate key. This is incredibly inconvenient in the middle of the night. Despite why the off site vice on the phone argued, it wasnt that obvious in the room description, because if it were, I would have booked elsewhere. The other annoyance was the electronic room key. I had to limit my cellphone use to prevent being locked out of the room since there is no onsite presence.

It's a very budget conscious option in an expensive city.

The bathroom is outside of the room, which is spartan. College dorm rooms are nicer.

Great location. Old, dated room that needs some updating.

The location. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The carpet was very old, stained and dirty. The room had a mild odor. The sparse furniture in the room was a mish mash of cheap thrift store furniture. The bathroom, which was nice and clean, was across the hall which would be ok if I wasnt paying a fortune for the room. The fact that there is no staff on the premises made it seem a bit cold.

the room was tiny, which is fine but there was not even a chair to sit in. There was a good sized hole in the bed spread. the tv didn't work, there was no staff around at all. weird business model.
