Very bad experience and stay! Poor communication & Staff both had attitudes

Location was great

All the amenities where closed witch I was not aware of when we booked our trip from out of town. Not only that but our room was missing the towels, no trash bags in the cans as well as the toilet was broke. Then after all that I go to the only vending they have and it was broke as well. Very bad stay and I will never again book this place.

Good option for one night transit travel

Near to the airport, Good option for a transit night travel Nothing special

They don't accepte cash payment (enven on USA money !!) And I didn't have an international credit card So I had to wait many hours for the green light of the manager on the reception area !!

Affordable last-minute hotel stay in Downtown Chicago. Walking distance to the Magnificent Mile.

The affordable price of a last-minute stay. When we decided to extend our stay, we couldn't believe that we found a room at the Warwick for under $100. These days, finding central and comfortable hotels for under $200 is impossible. Without any hesitation, we booked it and enjoyed another day in Chicago.

The temperature control inside our room fluctuated so much. After first, it's super cold. Then after dinner, it became super warm. Not a deal-breaker, but if you're staying more than a night and you have this issue, then definitely alert maintenance.

Best affordable hotel in downtown Chicago. Located off the Magnificent Mile.

Over the past 4 visits to Chicago, we always stayed at the Warwick Allerton. It's really the best bang for your buck and it's walking distance from the Magnificent Mile. Step out of the Allerton and you can get to the Starbucks Reserve in under 5 minutes. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 15-minute walking radius. You can't go wrong here.

If you're travelling to Chicago with a car, be ready to pay up for parking. We always opted for the valet service next to the hotel, although we would prefer a cheaper self-parking option. At the time of our latest visit, valet parking was $59 per 24-hour period (with in-&-out access).
