Very good

I Love the instructions on the wall and the receptionist Called Dee. Amazing Lady with a Great Energy and very much emotionally intelligent. More than expected guide and support were given to tourist.

Good

The location and price were good. The staff, when available, were helpful and the communal facilities were helpful if thats what you needed.

Possibly the most uncomfortable mattress Ive ever slept on! The staff need to enforce the no talking on phones in the rooms. I had a bloke talking to someone on speaker and I had to be the one to tell him to get out.

Superb

Bed was comfy and felt like a place I would have at home, more space then thought in capsule.

Not a lot of hanging space and duvet was too thick for warm weather, staff not always present so have to message, needs more bathrooms as well

Very good

Great location, spacious and comfortable beds and spacious locker.

Bathrooms are under renovation so not many bathrooms for a lot of people but I didnt really find this to be an issue. Not a social hostel either.

Nice cheap stay around city center with multiple access routes to get there from Changi Airport.

Close to a bus stop and train station although you have to walk a bit on uneven grounds. Pods are clean. Two pillows are great. Towels are included. AC works great. There are lots of signs and instructions on how to use things so as long as you can read, youll figure out how to use things. Walkable to Marina Bay Sands. Convenience store nearby. Malls are also walkable distance.

Typical south east asian toilet/shower is in the same room so you get wet using the toilet if someone showered before. No lifts, only stairs.

Overall 8/10. Perfect for solo travellers or with a couple of friends. Not for couples or families.

1. The location is superb. You can walk to MBS, Raffles City, Paragon, Suntec City, Chinatown etc. They are all within 10 to 15 minutes of walking. There is more than 3 mrt stations within walking distance as well. There is a bus stop right outside as well. 2. Check in and out was easy. Just show your passport for check in and to checkout just simply take your belongings and leave. 3. Can do your laundry for 10 dollars. Washing and dryer included. Super convenient for someone that packed light. Also get to iron your clothes. 4. Water pressure for the shower was strong. Can adjust water temp too. Was a great showering. Toilet was very clean as well. They regularly clean it. 5. It's a quiet location. Unlike Chinatown which tend to be very crowded. 6. Provides fridge. Utensils for when you want to store food or eat your takeaway. I didn't use those but those were nice to have. 7. The locker provided was spacious. Can put your carry on and backpack inside. But most people just leave their suitcase on the side. So there js plenty of space in the locker. Up to you to store whatever you want while you're there.

1. The walls between the cubicles are very thin. Any rustling or fumbling sounds can be heard clearly. People walking. Opening their bags all those can be heard clearly as well. But you get what you paid for. 2. If you are unlucky you might get travellers that snore loudly. If you are a light sleeper like me you will definitely be disturbed. Highly recommend to get ear plugs and eye mask for better rest.
