Miserable receptionist

Transport to Disney, comfortable beds

Hotel reception one in particular so miserable, unhappy, and unwelcoming. The complete opposite as to what's expected with Christmas and disney. Food choice in hotel poor and very expensive, my choice pick somewhere else.

Water is a rip off, $5 for a small bottle really?

Not very good, no tables for the kids to sit at.

The pillows in the room are garbage, cant sleep on such pillows.

Location was great with easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Additionally, there are many restaurants located on site.

Buses from Magic Kingdom back to the hotel in were not frequent enough (at least in the evening).

An enjoyable visit - I would return again.

Close proximity to the parks & boardwalk Java was excellent value and well needed.

Kimiko tried overcharging us and tried to guess at my pin (I got a notification whilst still sat at my table) it was sorted out but only because the transaction couldnt go through without the PIN number. We were woken up at 2am with the shampoo and conditioner falling off the wall and crashing into the bath.

Wonderful!

The room was clean and the location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was excellent. The ticket and attraction salesman working in the Disney store in the Swan hotel was very polite and helpful. He put all three of our park tickets on one card each for my husband and I. So much easier to keep up with.

We had a great experience! The Swan is a great place to stay!
