It was clean but terribly overpriced with hidden fees and poor transportation service to parks

Hidden fees of $100 a day over booking fees Very fraudulent marketing Bus service to parks is in poor locations for pick up and infrequent and parking fee is $40 a day for self park Dreadful place should be ashamed of misleading marketing

All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great Mexican restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Unable to get connected rooms. Room 2181, my sister killed a small German cockroach. Thought they might like to know so the hotel can make some extra extermination in that area... Wish the Skyliner went here, too! 20 min bus wait too long sometimes and busses to the theme parks become too full and uncomfortable. Maybe 10-15 min rounds would be better. Also, extend theme park pick-ups for a half hour later, after the parks close.

For our first time visiting Disney World, the choice of the Dolphin hotel was a surprising bonus!

Transport to the parks was so easy and so pleasant! We really loved the boat and ferry trips. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast every day from FUEL was delicious, but somewhat overpriced.

The bathroom was tiny. No getting out of the room if you had a towel on the floor.

The smart TV did not work for the entire stay in the room. The technicians came couple of times on the first day we checked in but were not able to fix it. So we could not see Netflix or YouTube on the TV throughout our stay for 7 days. I thought they would fix this issue in couple of days but they did not.
