The problem is that the hotel cost me 5800 usd and they charged 17.000 usd thats an abuse and not correct until now i dont get the refund

I regret i ever chose thid hotel so expensive and 0 satisfaction.

The position, very close to the old town and Holy Church

The service it was so, so bad and slow. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Was a complete nightmare. I left on 19th and i still didnt received the amount the block as a security. It is hilarious that I need to wait for my money . I travel the world and i never had this experience.

no trills , well located hotel

Location was excellent Breakfast was not good . Because of Shabatt no espresso or capuccinos . Dinner was only a package because of Shabatt ( we were unaware of it ) and I was charged for 4 people, when only two did eat.

For the price, everything could be better.

Your web site was tricky It says large double bed But its not TWO separate mattresses So I paid for a room with a balcony But got a twin bed without a balcony

Truly an Excellent Hotel!!

Staff was immediately attentive. From Krana, Daniella, and Yosef all my needs were taken care of. They are Excellent. I went into the Dining Room and Emily took really care of us and made as feel at home. I went into the Bar and Sanda was readily available to provide Amazing And prompt service. I will be definitely coming back next year Thank you everyone youve all been FANTASTIC!!
