Beach, Beach service, Everything. Waldorf Astoria on the Palm is undoubtedly one of our favourite hotels in Dubai. Its elegance, ambience and fantastic service always make us want to come back. We wanted to say big thanks to the great team at the beach and especially to Akram for being very kind and for making our stay phenomenal. We will certainly be back soon.

Waldorf Astoria An hotel it is a wonderful and heavenly spot but above all, it is the service and the welcome of all people who are working in, which is essential. So we really wanted to say thank you so much to Viorella Kiara at the reception who welcome us so kindly and helped us when we arrived in the hotel for the third time. We could not have our room for the totality of our stay so we really were disappointed because many rooms were booked for people coming for the Cop 28, so Viorella upgraded us and it was difficult because the hotel was full, she helped us during all our stay. Thank you also so much to Lamis at the reception who speaks french and helped us too, very efficiently. The breakfast service was perfect and people are very kind toi, thanks to Waruna, Sheevanee, Melwyne and Herme. At the beach thanks a lot to Khaled who has found and kept the cap I lost and who is very attentive to hosts. Thank you to the porters Lawrence and Bryan. If you come in Waldorf Astoria the palm you will always be well received and well served.

Waldorf is a fabulous hotel! But dont book nothing through booking.com

All is nice there!

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM because any problem you can have with a hotel they will not solve it. And though the hotel accept to cancel a reservation without charge booking.com will never refund you the money and will delete all messages you received from them and the hotel. So be careful and take screenshots of all these messages (also keep the emails you received in the e mail) because they delete all traces so they will not refund your money.

Wasn't worth it's money, as the construction was annoying and terrace is only cement.

Very friendly staff, always helpful. The hotel is very beautiful. Music played on the piano during the day was great.

The was a huge construction going near the hotel, it was super annoying. Apart from that the kings room had a huge terrace but was super empty, just cement floor couple chaise lounches and a table. Some plants would be amazing.
