I would not ever pay so much money to stay here again, disappointed.

Nothing. Disappointing

I had no phone it didn't work and I let them know and response was we'll deal with it in the morning. Ummm no what if it's an emergency. I felt unsafe. And there was stains on shades and curtain. It felt stuff in there, very outdated, bathroom mildew I had to get cleaning products and deal with it because it was late and one night only

It was great.

The room was spacious, but not very modern in terms of amenities. It was obvious it was an apart-hotel before being taken over by the W and many remnants of it are still present (e.g. - the ventilation system over where the stove/hob used to be). Otherwise, it is a nice location within walking distance of restaurants and other social venues.

The rooms are somewhat outdated, and the bathroom was very very dark (not in a sensual way, but in a way that says "we need more light in here").

Big comfortable room, clean.

Requested cot in room, and had an acknowledgement one would be provided in room, but none was - although one was then provided it was not ideal when arriving late with an infant, and the member of staff dropping it off did not bother to assist with assembly. No kettle in room

Not worth the money spent. Two of your staff were very nice and helpful

noisy outside and inside. anyone talking in the hall can be heard loudly in the room. access to the gym and spa was not easy for anyone with any kind of disability. Food was very price and now good. we told the waiter we did not like the truffle fries and he charged us another $9 for another side order of fries.
