Superb

Except for the 2 issues noted above, we loved it.

Great location. Great, helpful, friendly staff!

Our door key was frustrating - took several attempts each time we used it over the week for it to work. Also, the pillows were very big. I couldnt sleep well as I have had neck surgery recently and needed a thin, squishy pillow. The hotel staff tried to respond to my request but couldnt find one that suited my needs - so I somehow used the duvet cover as my pillow.

The view is not so great. We asked city views and payed more but really you just see the next building. Do not pay More for that

Super comfortable, modern vibes, okay staff.

The rooms were sooo comfortable. My partner and I booked a stay here for NYE, so we could be close to the fireworks and be able to have a city day the next morning. We sat down on the bed and started contemplating if we just stay in for the night, as we were that comfy. Location was great, easy to get to, and it is very quiet in the hotel. Rooms were clean and very modern. Everything from motion-sensor lights (no light switches) to the heated toilet made you feel that bit of luxury. The breakfast was delicious! There was a queue of people waiting to be seated/ for tables to clear up, so I will say it was a bit crowded in there for a small space. Not the hotels fault (as people come and go for breakfast as they please), but could be something to add more space to in the future! We were hoping to get into one of the cocktail bars, but it was booked out on NYE. They looked amazing and would love to try them during our next stay. From my personal experience, this is a great hotel to have a nice night in the city!

The staff were lovely, but I had to ask questions for things I feel I shouldve been told. For example, I had to ask what my room number was, what floor I was on, and even just where to go to get to the room after check in (we were just handed our keys and told we were good to go). We also werent told how to work the elevator using our keys (until we thought we had gone up, but the elevator doors opened to the same floor and the receptionist was standing there waiting to show us lol). This could have just been a couple small mistakes, but I would like the service/ professionalism to match the price we paid. We also paid for a corner, city-view room, but we did not get the view we were expecting based on the pictures. This couldve just been a misunderstanding on my end, but we did pay quite a bit for the experience. One last thing, the rooms are very high tech. Although they were super cool, it was a bit hard to figure out the lights (especially in the middle of the night when you need a toilet break lol). These are just very specific examples based on my experience, but other than these, the stay was incredible!

Exceptional and we cant wait to return

Super classy and very clean and comfortable. Curious bar was incredible!Pool area was awesome, drinks on arrival were a lovely touch, beds super comfortable. Lovely buffet breakfast as well.

Found the pillows were a bit high for our liking and the lighting in the bathroom was too dim for applying makeup
