The New Lux Villa Merissima has an outstanding location near city attractions yet remains calm at night. The code system allows for flexible check-in and checkout. The Wi-Fi is reliable. However, som (Read More)e guests found the stairs narrow and there was no help with luggage. The breakfast did not match the photos and lacked variety. The rooms are in great condition, well-lit, and easy to manage. Overall, the location, service, and breakfast were praised, making it a recommended choice for visitors to Split.

Old little church in front of the house. Out of the crowd and so peaceful and yet historical downtown. Cosy, small so very family based. Breakfast simple and nice. Ivana the host is friendly always helpful. If possible I would keep this address for myself and my family... :)

Love the architecture, clean, cozy and good amenities. Crew are amazing and property is immaculately maintained. Perfectly located in old town with great eateries. The set up of this place is perfect for a big group booking as this building has 4 rooms so you can have the place all to your group. We wished we had extra days.

Wonderful service.

The location was perfect, close to the old town and harbour but quiet enough. The room was lovely and the breakfast had everything you need. The staff are by far the most friendly and helpful I've come across, they'll go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable with how to get there and check in and any transport questions. They were also happy to store luggage for us after we checked out before our flight. Wonderful service.

The TV was mostly in German with not many English channels. The bed was a little bit soft for one of us but still good enough for a decent night's sleep.
