Youre just paying for a brand that lost the cool vibe

The views from the room were nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which was the best about this hotel.

It is really not good value for money and the hotel is looking a bit dated. The entrance to this 5 star hotel is underwhelming and not the easiest to navigate. The worst thing is the WiFi. We found it incredibly petty that the hotel makes you pay for high-speed WiFi. The lighting system was also very difficult to use, and there was a light in the toilet that wouldnt turn off

Loved absolutely everything! Check-in was swift (special thanks to reception manager for his accomodation), awesome view from room. Indoor dining is amazing. The food (mix grills) was very tasty, big proportions and worth the price. Breakfast, you are catered to by staff all the way through. The food is all fresh and tasty + you enjoy a nice view at the city while you eat. Its my 2nd time at W Amman and the experience was very pleasant. Seems like it will be my go-to hotel in Amman :)

Nothing. There are people stealing from the hotel. The holiday is ruined.

A Cartier engagement ring worth 5,5k$ was stolen from a my hotel room. The hotel staff, instead of helping, tried in every possible way to distance themselves from the problem, hinting that we had no evidence that the ring was even brought into the country and was in the hotel. And that records from the item scanner at the entrance to the hotel take more than 3 hours. Only after letters to the Mariot head office did some attempts begin to check something. And suddenly it turned out that there were still recordings from the scanner at the entrance to the hotel. On December 3, we left for home - without a ring and information from the head office about the results of the investigation and the measures taken. There is no hope of finding the ring. Rest and impressions are ruined. I don't recommend it.

Stayed there as a solo traveller for my birthday and the staff did their best to make it wonderful for me! I loved everything; the friendliness of the staff and very kind security, room upgrade, late checkout, spa services, birthday cake, checking if I was okay. I will definitely stay here again next time - soon.

Disappointing

The level of cleaning was disappointing!! And to find cigarettes in a non smoking room is very extremely in acceptable

The staff are exceptional, very friendly, supportive and polite

The room is not; I have booked no smoking room however I reached the room there is 4 cigarettes on the floor beside the bed and a dirty towel on the closet shelf - it seems the cleaning team clean the obvious areas only !!

Staff were engaging and fun and kind Food was delicious at any hour Big comfy bed Lovely clean room with everything you needed Hotel interior was fun Spa treatment. Best back massage Ive had in a while

The spa hot tub was smelly The spa steam room was smelly The price. I went massively over budget due to city taxes and breakfast. It wasnt made clear to me that tax would be extra and it went from a 300 stay for 2 nights for a 500 stay. That really hurt
