The resort is located at the prime location and the staffs were really amazing. The check- In and Check Out process was so smooth. Really amazing to stay with Vythiri Village.

It is a good property to visit for families. Food was good and our stay was comfortable.
The maintenance was poor and the staff not very helpful. some of them seemed pretty new to the job and had no clue about the food and service when asked.

Expensive but good
The location is good, the place is covered in beautiful green trees. The room service staff are extremely good and excellent service.
The hotel does not go that extra mile to ensure cx satisfaction. For ex: they charge you for cutlery if you are not ordering food from their restaurant which is pretty expensive. For the rates at which the rooms are provided this was not that I expected.

I would definitely recommend this beautifully designed resort to any one looking for a relaxed vacay in the midst of the
Location was amazing, super friendly staff, cleaning crew were excellent, breakfast was amazing.
The lobby of the resort could be made more colorful, warm and inviting with better furnishings. The restaurant located inside the property Spice bowl could have offered more flavorful food as the restaurants outside the property in close proximity are not commendable.
