Short stay ..

The staff are always excellent and so is the locale the bar is good also .

The single bed was not comfortable at all..and the pillows were far too soft..ended up with a sore back ..

Great location and value for money!

Very central location (direct access to central train station) and the room was spacious and clean. Every staff were friendly and professional. Room was cleaned as expected and it had everything we needed. They provide complementary filtered water every day and bathroom has separate shower to bathtub. We loved everything about this hotel.

If we have to nip pick something - we werent overly impressed with the champagne bar. They were under staffed, tables were dirty and many dirty glasses at the bar which wasnt inviting.

Very disappointing cold and miserable way to celebrate the new year

We had no heating in our room and no working phone we complained and were given a heater that could not heat the room we could not be moved as the hotel was full so we were left to suffer the cold for our two night stay not the new year we expected they also mixed our dinner order by giving us the wrong food and all at mixed up times

We have supplied picture of the temp in our room you have to take 3 degrees from the temp showing as it is a mobile app also the final picture was on the second night we cancelled our dinner reservation and went to an alternative restaurant to get a heat
