Very good

The best breakfast we have ever had

Room 303 was smelling bad, both hairdryers (rooms 303 and 304) did not work very well and they did not clean the room on the first day (we spoke with the staff, they apologised and cleaned)

Superb

Very modern, functional and confy hotel

It was comfy and looks nice and clean. The staff was welcoming. Overall very satisfied with this hotel!

The location is nice when you like to walk a bit (or take a few bus stop).

Best of Edimburgh

From the food to the attention provided by the hotel staff with my family, i can say that we had the best experience. Edinburgh was great not only for the obvious reasons, but also for the good choice to stay in this hotel.

To go back home, for sure the homesickness after Edimburgh is real. Thank you guys.

Great hotel

Great location. Very clean and well presented hotel. Great breakfast.

For 310 a night it was on the expensive side. Would have expected more luxury for that price. But no complaints. I would stay again.

Lovely cost clean boutique hotel with not a good location and not friendly staff. Not worth 250

Room is clean, beds are comfortable (not possible to sleep in sofa though). Shower is good, nice toiletaries and clean towels. Food and coffee on cafe are nice.

Staff are not much of care: looks like they are fed up. Waiter was almost throwing stuff on our table very loudly. Was feeling not welcomed and its when paying 253 for the night Thats why I dont find it value for money. Service is not a high class. No single smile. Location is also not great: not even easy to find decent coffee place around.. and we were thinking its almost city Center: but it was scary to walk around when its dark and its after 5pm winter time

Superb

The most comfortable beds, we slept so soundly. And the quietest hotel room. We heard no noise despite being in a city. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. We took the tram from the airport, got off at Haymarket station and walked 6 mins to the hotel. We also walked to all the major attractions from this hotel easily.
