Comfy & great 4 nights in the Family Room

Family Room is clean and fully equipped with power points at each bed, full sized shampoo and body soap, comfy beds. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. We really liked that there was a hotel buggy that will pickup/dropoff at a few points around the hotel. A halal breakfast section is provided.

Location was great although it can be quite noisy at night due to the clubs/bars around.

A 2 star hotel

The only good thing were the guys who helped us with our luggage.

Met with a horribbly rude Reception staff with bad attitude on my check in day at the hotel. She had a go at me after i kindly asked wether there was a possibility to switch my room to a road side view because my view was literally facing a wall. She raised her voice in front of everyone and said " you used the room, you used the toilet etc" when i only checked in 40mims ago, went for a walk to check the surroundings and came back. I didn't even use the room, but she wouldn't even listen to what i was saying. The ammenities were at best a 4 out of 10. Lift was acting weirdly, bad toilet smell near the lift in the main area. Corridor smelled cigarette when its a no smoking area. This property badly needs a fresh coat of paint in the rooms. Photos of room provided are far from reality. Very average food. After my encounter with the recpetionist, i went for lunch in the hotel itself with my wife and my cousin and we decided it was best to check out on the same day, mainly because of that rude Receptionist who just ruined everything for us. We just couldn't stay there. We went back to Aira hotel again which was brilliant.
