Glad I found somewhere decent to stay on NYE, pls sort out the noise problem and provide phones in the rooms

I really appreciate that parking is free on the weekends, and its a short Uber trip to the center. Spacious and comfortable decor. Prices were pretty good for New Years Eve Edinburgh. Bathroom was clean and sufficient.

The walls are way too thin, I can hear every single noise my neighbor made, from walk to talking and they were a loud family with loud kids so I couldnt sleep till 2am. There was also no phone in the rooms, which was very weird so I couldnt even call front desk to address the issue.. I wouldve had to get dressed again in winter clothes and physically head down. The bar closes early and also the entire hotel has a sports bar vibe.

The location was good, the building had good facilities and was well decorated. Having Starbucks in the entrance hall was useful.

The room wasn't 100% clean and the air in room was abit musty. The restaurant food was expensive for what it was.

Nice clean spacious hotel with good facilities

The facilities, the pool was clean and the addition of kids swim times was a bonus. The bar/restaurant was reasonably priced and a good selection of food and beverages. The Starbucks was also a good little addition.

Staff levels let down the bar and restaurant at busy times which made the service slow. We were over charged for a breakfast that we hadnt had on checkout but it was resolved.

Just great for 113

Really good hotel they have everything covered. You can easily cheaply get into the city centre via bus just outside the hotel. It was only 2 per trip compared to 10/15 for taxi/uber. We enjoyed the pool/spa. The bed was comfy and black out blinds very effective we had such a good sleep. Starbucks in the lobby was a bonus in the morning. We booked a room that included parking and spa access.

Breakfast ends at 9am but check out is 11am we have a young son so enjoy a big lay in but it meant we missed breakfast. Later breakfast over Xmas holidays and the like would be great. Wanted to book an extra night because we were enjoying the stay and were quoted 3x the price wed paid for 1 night. Before the parking may come with a cost of you dont book the right room option, we booked to include parking and pool so we were happy.

Superb

Overall all very nice. Amazing swimming /jacuzzi/sauna. Shame that has to pay an extra 5 for the use. Small fee but just a little thing for us. Breakfast great. Lovely Christmas gift on the door for Christmas Day which made kids really happy.
