Very good

It was everything we read about and was adequate for what we wanted.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. There was tea and coffee available. The wifi worked well.

The information about how to get into the property was sent after I had left UK so I didn't receive the email. Fortunately, our taxi driver allowed us to use his phone as a UK phone would not ring a Canadian phone. I think instructions should be sent earlier as we had travelled a long way and were not able to get in. We were a long way from the city. I think it needs to be pointed out that there is a TTC train that takes you to the right area as it was confusing when we first arrived.

Well organized, friendly staff, exceeded my expectations

The location was perfect for my event. It was clean, everything I needed was provided and the owners went above and beyond to make sure that I was okay.

Superb

The host gave us some toothpaste when we arrived and was patient enough to let us check in a bit after 10PM. Room was nice, clean and cozy and neighborhood was nice for jogging. They even had a lot of stuff in the fridge free to take for the guests. Very kind.

The shared bathroom was clean when we arrived, but by the end of our stay there was some hair on the floor.
