On the territory there is a beautiful large swimming pool (about 5x15 meters), sun beds, armchairs, an umbrella for sun protection, a towel dryer, outdoor shower, barbecue. The territory of the villa is a tropical garden, lots of greenery, flowers. The territory of the villa is fenced from all sides, not visible from the street. The territory of the villa is well maintained, all the greenery is in excellent condition, all in flowers. The villa is located in a protected area, very quiet. Cleaning of the premises, linen change every 3 days, cleaning of the villa daily. Breakfast was served in the kitchen around 8-30 am. The maid brought groceries and cooked breakfast: 4 types of sliced fruits, yoghurts, bread, butter, milk and cereals. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking: gas stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, large refrigerator. There were all the necessary dishes of good quality. The villa is located about a 7-minute walk from the street with shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, massage parlors. There are also several currency exchange offices, the rate is much higher than at the airport. You can change money at least daily, as much as you need. In general, we really enjoyed our stay at the villa itself, we went to the sea only 2 times in 9 days))
