Superb

Good location for the money

Good location, less than 10 min walk to shops, metro (20-30min and you are in the city Centre). Very clean, hosts very friendly. Our room could do with a wardrobe.

Not a lot cupboards in the kitchen, maybe not enough when property is fully occupied. But all depended of people needs.

Pretty villa near RER station

The house was clean and comfortable. It is located close to the RER B line so it is handy to reach Paris centre.

We did not explore the area much but it looked like there were not many nearby shops.

Not so friendly host

The owner was not polite and had too many conditions.! After I left, she asked in whatsapp, "Hello, did you leave the house and take the towels from home? which is not permitted.". The fact is, the towel wasn't provided in first hand.!

Quite location, good value.

Nice guesthouse located in Bagneux, away from the crowds in the city and close to metro and buses to travel into centre of Paris with ease. Beds were very comfy and room was clean. There was a fan in the room, which helped cool the hot nights. Guest kitchen was well supplied. Hosts were available if needed, but if not needed, you didn't see them. 15 minute walk to metro, although there are 2 Bagneux stations and the second one is further away.

The apartment was clean with a comfortable bed. The host was very friendly.

Located quite a distance from tourist attractions but the public transport is sufficient in the area.

The rooms are clean and tidy.

The bathroom is too small. The room is smaller than what you see in photos. The kitchen is downstairs. No good restaurants nearby. The time required to reach the Paris centre is 1h15/1h30.

Superb

Villa Sunshine was a perfect short stay location with a beautiful courtyard , quite a hidden gem.

I think the garden setting was very nice and refreshing. The view from roof window very interesting light at dusk. It was quiet peaceful and had a good energy.

Maybe a varied breakfast choice would be nice and on display in kitchen.
