Great staff and reception. Amazing room, very clean and comfortable, we had a wonderful time here, the sunset from the roof is breath taking, wish we had an extra night in Siena!!

Perfect for Siena

We ordered our breakfast the evening before and had everything on our table. This makes less food thrown away at the end of the day for the hotel. Good for the environment. Bus for Siena every15 min. stops in front of the hotel. Car parks in Siena are usually crowded and expensive and bus stops in city centre. Lovely gardens with a view. Possible to sunbathe by the pool. Would use again when going to Siena.

I will never stay again in the so-called Villa.

The hotel is situated far away from the city.

Arrangement of the room in annex, whereby a bed is on a first floor while other amenities (TV, bathroom, toilet) are on a ground floor, is both inconvenient and dangerous, because of the very steep stairs. The information about such the arragement has not been given in a description in the Booking.com. If it had been given, I would have never booked the room in this hotel. Furtermore, there was information everywhere what was forbidden to do in the hotel, e.g. drinking water not purchased in the hotel. This is ridicuIous not existing in other hotels and has made me to feel a big discomfort while staying there.

We really enjoyed our visit! The grounds were beautiful and serene! Wish we could have stayed longer

Breakfast was delicious and awesome! There were a lot of choices!

Taking the bus into town required a lot more time than I had imagined!

Stunning Villa Great Location and Amenities

Great breakfast and location. Close to Siena Florence as day trips. Grounds are stunning and well kept. Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. Beds really comfortable

Windows should not be kept open, bugs come inside. Rooms come in different sizes, mine was to small and uncomfortable to move around in. Wish i booked a bigger room.

Lovely views of the old town and Tuscan Hills, and a pretty garden. Parking onsite. Bed comfortable. Bus out the front.

There was an odd unfriendly atmosphere inside the common areas of the hotel and it felt empty and dated. The background piped music made it feel like an elevator. There was a pungent smell of chlorine in the hallway, overpowering. Some mould on the ceiling, a musty smell in the room. There were no tea making facilities inside the room, and staff were reluctant to provide towels for the pool or hot water for tea/coffee.

Beautiful gardens and pool. Lovely dining experience outside

Relaxing property just on the outskirts of Siena old town. Perfect for a couple of wind down days after a hectic trip. Almost felt like we were out in the Tuscan countryside.

No water glasses in the room.
