Not worth staying at this price. The environment is good but the hotel service should have been improved. With this pric

The pool is beautiful especially at night.

Dont have luggage services. We have to carry the luggage ourselves all the way up through the stairs (the checkin staff help us with one luggage but we still have to carry the remaining.) Dont have any complimentary drinks, only serving tap water. And they didnt replenish any sanitary items we opened or not used up. Finally, the check out experience was very disappointed. Normally we only have to return the cards for check out but at this hotel we have to wait for the staff to check our room, and waiting to pay only one coke. (card deposit has been taken while checkin.)

Room lack of maintenance and its obsolete as the ceiling looks bad with water leaking issue, aircond is not cold at all as I requested a fan from the front desk

I really love the environment but just the material of the building is attracting bugs

I like that its very nearby, but still away from bustling city life

Maybe its just me, I couldnt accept the wood around the room, I kept seeing white bugs I hope its not termites. During the night, I woke up many times cause I got bitten, not mosquitoes but just bugs and there were bumps around my arms and backs cause it was out of the blanket.

A romantic getaway.

The vibe of this hotel is unlike anything in Malaysia. It was really comfortable and very Bali-like. They accommodated to our request of a honeymoon. We got complementary dessert and rose petals.
