Excellent stay! Modern apartment with fantastic view.

Fantastic, modern apartment with an incredible view over the Old Town. Well laid out, and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and shower was great. Well equipped kitchen was useful. The host, Joseph, was extraordinarily helpful! He met us at the apartment and showed us around. Later he sent a ton of info on Dubrovnik sightseeing and dining, which was great. Small market close by was handy. Private parking on site is a huge benefit in the city.

The stairs! 178 steps down to the road to the Old Town/restaurants. Not bad going down,but a real workout coming back! Honestly, everything in Dubrovnik is on a hill, so to be expected!

Exceptional

Brilliant views of the ocean & harbour plus the whole old town!

Everything!! The views were huge! From inside (from both bedroom & living room) we could see the whole expanse of the old town, the walls, towers, forts, church spires, clock towers & the lithe town harbour. Plus a huge expanse of ocean & the little island of Lokrum. From the balcony too. Decorated stylishly too & well kept gardens in property & all around the neighbourhood too. Only 5 mins easy walk to old town gate! The host Joseph was very kind, friendly & super helpful. We highly recommend Villa Leoni.

Only the 226 steps to climb from the street level by the old town back up to the apartment but totally worth it anyway! Just go slowly & enjoy the pretty views as you go! Or take a local bus (free with a Budapest tourist pass) up the hill.

Pretty nice and recommended apartment just outside the old town

Good location just outside the old townfairly large suite with a nice small kitchencomfortable propertyhost was friendly and helpful

Noise from clubs outside on the weekend was a little annoyingwas hoping for a little more of a panoramic view but it wasnt bad

A must stay in the heart of Dubrovnik.

A exceptionally clean and modern property with all the modern amenities you would expect of a city apartment. Overlooking the Dubrovnik city walls this place is faultless for location.

If the staff could offer a housekeeping service to replenish used towels and bedding, this would boost this properly to a faultless 10/10.

Excellent base near Old Town with great views and very helpful hosts

Excellent airport transfers, great welcome and service, first-class location, views and cleanliness

Pillows - all very hard and affected sleep quality. Whilst only a few minutes from the Old Town older guests should be aware of large number of steep steps back up to the apartments

Superb

The property was in excellent condition - recently renovated, everything was new and worked flawlessly. The apartment had everything we needed and a balcony, and there is on-site parking for EU20 per day.

In common with most properties around Dubrovnik, the property sits on a hill - about 170 steps to climb which is OK for most people (we had no problems) but maybe not for elderly people.
