Very good

Overall a very good experience. Room was beautiful and clean.

Breakfast was good. The person in charge Newton was kind and helpful. Was an overall pleasant stay.

Water in the bathroom was not hot. No wifi available. Plug points were not at desired locations.

It was very cold. With a lot of insistence, we received 2 radiators to warm us up. They were not enough because the rooms are very big. The rooms are quite "dusty". I think you can find something nicer in a village near Nuwara Eliya. You have nothing to see here.

Comfy Villa with a Beautiful Garden.

Our stay at Villa Lemon Court was an awesome homely stay. Hemachandra, the caretaker at the Villa treated us very well. He was very friendly, caring, and attentive. We stayed at the villa. Villa has three comfy bedrooms, a TV room, a living room, a kitchen, and two washrooms. It is perfect for a family. All the required facilities were there and the interior of the villa is very nice. The villa has a very nice well-maintained garden. A delicious breakfast in the garden in the cool breeze was the highlight of our stay.

It would have been even better if tea/coffee making facilities were there. The villa did have a kettle, cups, and sources. But didn't have spoons, tea/coffee, or sugar. However, if requested Hemachandra will provide you with tea or coffee. Some of the locks in some windows were broken. While it didn't affect the security, would be nice to fix those also. That's all everything else was perfect.

Disappointing

the person who received us was very nice

being on a leisure vacation we were opting for a more hotel residence but this is part of a family owned villa, we were the only guests and it was managed by one person. the rooms are quite old, bathtub water was grey, wifi was not working. to be honest wouldnt be my go to choice
