Exceptional

Superb location, very easy to get taxi to get ard Seminyak. Cafe, supermarket, food, spa all within walking distance. Jacuzzi and nice pool. Tv with netflix. Buggy to send us n our luggage to our room.

Breakfast can hv more variety. A better poolside chair. Nitpicking here actually, i think everything else is perfect.

I wouldnt go back. Tired and worn out property, In need of refurbishment or maintenance. Not good value for money. Vill

Location, lots of great food options around. Cold AC. Helpful staff.

Property and booking.com advertised having a gym but it wasnt on the property it was a pass to a gym 25 mins motorcycle ride away, You would have to spend almost an hour travelling to do a workout. WiFi was too slow to stream properly, speed limited to 5mbps regardless of signal strength. Unable to watch HD Netflix etc. Villa itself very worn out, For example the bathroom fixtures are all worn to the point their finish has been rubbed away or worn off. The shower tap so worn you have to hold it or prop it up to keep water flowing. Acoustics of the villa pool area are very reflective of noise, You can hear your neighbours conversation if they are in the pool area. We had young children staying next to us and they were making a normal level of noise but this was amplified by the tall bare walls in to our bedroom. The restaurant isnt really worth eating at, for $5-10 you can get great food at the cafe next door. We ate there once and didnt go back. The general cleanliness of the apartment was not good, For example there was hair, mould in the bathroom. The shower screen glass was hard to see through because of soap scum. The light switches were covered in grime. The pool area had a lot of mould around the edge. The key card to access the villa was constantly losing its programming so we would need to get the key changed every other day, Thos wasnt the end of the world because we were staying near the reception area but would be very frustrating if you were located at the rear of the property.

The property is very spacious Helpful staff The location is exactly not on Petitenget but its little inside and theres a Circle K store next to the property for errands There is mini kitchen set up all inside property and cutleries, refrigerator, microwave all given

Breakfast needed to be upgraded - limited and very below average - though they tried best to customise within limited options Also the laundry service not available efficiently There is no common pool or bar to really meet and greet other visitors The staircase too steep and no washbasin or loo in lower floor The swimming pool inside private villa not temperature regulated Little old furnishings

A villa that needs attention - underwhelming and overpriced.

The property is in a fantastic location. Close to fantastic cafes and spas. In close walking distance to do some shopping as well.

This property has very deceiving photos. When we arrived we were incredibly disappointed to see the gardens in our villa hadnt been attended to, there was grime and rust running down the walls above the pool - keep in mind that was our first view when opening the front door. The open plan living isnt fantastic as there is constantly misquotes, even with the mosquito coils that reception happily lit for us every 6/8 hrs. The adapters/plugs are falling out of the socket and arent properly fixed - making it impossible to charge electronic devices. The ceiling shower was broken and spraying in every other direction except down. The king bed was also incredibly firm and has no plushness to it at all. On the first day of arrival - we noticed on Booking.com that we could get a 50% refund before 11:59pm of our first night. We went to speak with the front desk about this - hoping thatd be the courteous, polite thing to do. The front desk man and woman told us its completely non-refundable and that we wouldnt be able to receive any of our money back. We sat at the front desk to discuss this with the two desk attendants for about 30 minutes. A lot of back and forth, excuses about how sales werent currently in office or how their manager was conveniently, not available. We ended up staying because we were backed into a corner - feeling like we couldnt get a refund at all. When it hit 12am for day 2 - the tab we could previously see for a 50% refund, disappeared. They knew full well that we could, but they were just trying to take us for a ride. Dont let them fool you into this if they try and impose that condition. Booking.com has terms and conditions and policies in place for a reason - dont fall victim to their poor customer service like we did. I would never, ever stay at this villa again. It is overpriced for what it is - dated and very underwhelming. The only redeeming factor was the location.

Superb

The villa is in a great location with friendly staff and an exquisite villa private to yourself.

The location is central to a lot of restaurants, beach clubs, shopping and other activities. The staff were polite 100% of the time and were more than happy to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The villa as well was very private and relaxing and was an escape from the craziness that can be Bali.

On the first night of our stay our air condition started to leak water however the staff were quick to fix this up for us. The location whilst close to restaurants and clubs, etc was at the same time a bit of a distance from areas like Ubud and Melasti beach (a couple of hours)
