Despite few drawbacks, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Their food and staffs are extremely good.

Great food, daily room cleaning, kind and polite staffs.

Automatic generator does not start when light goes out. But it doesnt happen frequently. Need a bigger tank for hot water geyser. Dinner time should be till 10 PM.

The room had a good view of the mountains, and the location of the hotel was good since it was a walkable distance from Mall Road. The staff was polite and prompt.

The price charged was more than the kind of services provided, especially since there was no food included.

The room is up to the mark... everything is perfect from that aspect.

No toothbrush or toiletry kit was provided.. Check in time was mentioned at 12pm but the room was not ready till 1.45pm. But still the bathroom bin was not cleaned properly. Whoever had stayed before cigarette pufs where all over the place in bin.And the Indian food menu is not up to the mark. My wife is vegetarian and the vegetarian menu is filled with only paneer. But still the property is great
