Disappointing

Only the parking and good shower

breakfast for a 2-star hotel, everything stale, the coffee watery. The staff was rude, only at the reception they were somewhat helpful.

Away from the city noise but near good museums and restaurants and the metro

Although not very near the old city, Hotel Villa Elisio was a short walk to the archaeology museum and the metro and a slightly longer walk to Capodimonte (very good art museum and a wonderful view of Naples) and the Gallerie d'italia Napoli. The staff--so pleasant and helpful--recommended Taverna Luciana, which was an excellent restaurant.

Wonderful room with jacuzzi, friendly staff, great location

We had a fantastic stay in the Villa Elisio Hotel & Spa, they gave us a free room upgrade and everything was wonderful from the jacuzzi in the room to breakfast in bed! Staff were all very friendly and helpful, the jacuzzi was great, walking or short taxi distance from Naples central and the airport. Perfect for couples for a romantic stay.

A little hidden oasis near Naples airport.

The staff at the reception desk were wonderfully friendly and helpful; they made a recommendation for a restaurant within walking distance (which was very nice) and organized a taxi to take us to the airport on the day we checked out. Breakfast was a basic Italian breakfast as was expected. The garden at the rear of the property was very peaceful and is a nice place to relax with a bottle of wine and the takeaway food we ordered for later in the day.

The room was very comfortable; however, I do like to be able to unpack my luggage and storage space for clothing was minimal. There were only two hangers and no drawers. The bathroom was nicely appointed; however, the overhead shower (rainfall) wasn't operable (the device to change the water direction from the handheld shower spray to the overhead was jammed). But the handheld shower was functioning.

Superb

Very pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived early so they held our luggage while we went to the museum. The rooms were clean, and refreshingly contemporary. Bathroom was immaculate and fresh. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The super nice man at the front desk made sure there was a taxi ready and waiting to get us to the airport at 6:30 am.
